Under the CFO's office, Conecta Source was the PMO to rationalize the strategic business case from a BIG 4 consultancy for a global 3+ year Oracle Cloud and Finance transformation initiative towards significant program savings and success. Then led BIG 4 implementor RFP, vendor & best-of-breed application selection, SOW optimization, PMO planning & setup, and 3-year program execution.
In partnership with the business and IT leadership provided project management consulting to lead a one-year strategic planning exercise for a global agriculture leader to transform their Latin American businesses model and modernize their ERP platforms. Planned, set up and led the PMO through a successful 3.5-year SAP-based global transformation program (implementation cost $135M+).
Provided project management and domain consulting expertise to the COO, CFO and CIO of a JV between two chemical conglomerates to plan, design and execute one of the first global SAP on HANA greenfield implementations. The program is still regarded by SAP and within the chemical industry group as one of the most successful SAP HANA implementations and project showcases.
